The year is 2015. We started scared and small, a plucky little Life Insurance comparison site – something no one else wanted to do (and no one else does, to this day).

But we knew we were on to a good thing. Because up till today, no one else could do instant comparisons across every single Life Insurance product type. No one but us. (Even the government doesn’t try)

And behind the scenes, we were approached by several major players enquiring about “cooperation and collaboration”. They could see the potential behind our platform.

But we turned them down because their ideals… were less than ideal.

As insiders, they knew that Life Insurance may have been airbrushed with multiple coats of digitalization coloured paint in recent years, but the core engine driving it is still from the 1970s. It was/is more about the products instead of delivering an experience that truly benefits and delights the consumer while lowering the cost of premiums substantially.

(Yes, the margins in this industry would make Apple blush)

So we knew we were on the right track. Even with no funding, no public fanfare (one ST journalist said we were “nothing special” to cover), and no backing, we hung on and persevered.

Fast forward 5 years later, today.

We are still that same small, plucky site with no funding, no public fanfare, and no backing – but now we have the potential to truly change the nature of this industry. And we aren’t scared to act.

Everyone should be properly insured, at a far more reasonable price point. 

With your help, we can get there.
